The invention provides a fluorine-containing wastewater treatment agent. The fluorine-containing wastewater treatment agent specifically comprises the following components: a zirconium-based MOF material, silicate, cationic starch and polyvinylpyrrolidone, the weight percentage of each component is as follows: 5%-30% of the zirconium-based MOF material, 20%-30% of the silicate, 20%-30% of the cationic starch and 10%-30% of the polyvinylpyrrolidone. Compared with a conventional fluorine removal agent on the market, the fluorine-containing wastewater treatment agent has the advantages that the dosage of the agent is only one tenth, the generation of sludge can be greatly reduced, and the secondary pollution is reduced; after the treatment agent is added into wastewater, the effluent requirement of pH 6-9 can be met without adjusting the pH back.
