Solid waste-based small building block and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a solid waste-based small building block which takes recycled concrete and copper tailing sand as aggregates, red mud as a filler and cement as a cementing material. The raw materials are uniformly mixed according to the designed proportion, then a proper amount of water is added, the mixture is rapidly stirred to form a mixture, and the mixture is formed under the stress of 8-10 MPa. The small building block takes solid waste as a main raw material, has the advantages of low cost, high mechanical property and the like, can be applied to building of partial temporary facilities and brick-concrete structures on site, and is suitable for batch production.
本发明提供一种固废基小型砌块,以再生混凝土和铜尾矿砂为骨料,赤泥为填充料,水泥为叫胶凝材料。将上述原材料按设计比例拌和均匀后加入适量水快速搅拌形成混合体,经8~10MPa的应力成型。该小型砌块以固废为主要原材料,具有成本低廉、力学性能强等优点,可应用于现场部分临时设施以及砖混结构的砌筑,适合批量化生产。
