The invention discloses a waterproof heat preservation type phosphogypsum building block and a preparation method thereof. The waterproof heat preservation type phosphogypsum building block comprises the following components in parts by weight: 160-200 parts of phosphogypsum, 5-10 parts of a waterproof heat preservation agent, 1-3 parts of glass beads, 4-7 parts of cement and 120-130 parts of water. The waterproof heat preservation agent comprises the following components: methyl silicic acid, hydrogen-containing silicone oil, dibutyltin dilaurate, a betaine surfactant and water. The waterproof and heat-insulating phosphogypsum building block disclosed by the invention is low in cost, long in service life and good in waterproof and heat-insulating effects, and the surface and the interior of the building block have excellent waterproofness; in addition, the heat preservation performance of the phosphogypsum building block is improved through the internal irregular micropore structure; and the preparation method of the waterproof heat-preservation type phosphogypsum building block can reduce leaching of water-soluble phosphorus and fluorine, and is energy-saving, environment-friendly and high in economical efficiency.
本发明公开了一种防水保温型磷石膏砌块及其制备方法,防水保温型磷石膏包括以下重量份数的组分:160‑200份磷石膏、5‑10份防水保温剂、1‑3份玻璃微珠、4‑7份水泥以及120‑130份水。所述防水保温剂包括以下组分:甲基硅酸、含氢硅油、二月桂酸二丁基锡、甜菜碱类表面活性剂和水。本发明公开的防水保温型磷石膏砌块,成本低、使用寿命长、防水保温效果好,其表面及内部都具有优异的防水性;另外,内部的不规则微孔结构提升了所述磷石膏砌块的保温性能;且本发明提供的防水保温型磷石膏砌块的制备方式能够降低水溶性磷和氟的浸出,节能环保,经济性高。
