The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out ball milling on hexagonal boron nitride, silicon dioxide, a metal oxide and a solvent, and then removing the solvent to obtain ball-milled powder; the ball-milled powder is sequentially subjected to drying and refining treatment, and mixed powder is obtained; the mixed powder is sequentially subjected to pre-pressing forming and sintering, and the boron nitride-based ceramic composite material is obtained. The boron nitride-based ceramic composite material prepared by the method is relatively high in density and excellent in mechanical property, thermal property and dielectric property, the relative density is 94.5-96%, the bending strength is 225-235 MPa, the dielectric constant is 4.10-4.12 F/m, the dielectric loss tangent value is 0.01, and the preparation method is simple, high in preparation speed and suitable for industrial application.
本发明属于陶瓷复合材料技术领域。本发明提供了一种氮化硼基陶瓷复合材料及其制备方法。制备方法包含如下步骤:将六方氮化硼、二氧化硅、金属氧化物和溶剂进行球磨后去除溶剂,得到球磨粉体;将球磨粉体顺次进行干燥、细化处理,得到混合粉体;将混合粉体顺次进行预压成型、烧结,得到氮化硼基陶瓷复合材料。本发明制得的氮化硼基陶瓷复合材料的致密度较高,力学性能、热学性能和介电性能优异,其相对密度为94.5~96%,抗弯强度为225~235MPa,介电常数为4.10~4.12F/m,介电损耗正切值为0.01,而且该制备方法简单,制备速度快,适用于工业化应用。
