The invention discloses a temporary device suitable for installation of a suspension bridge steel girder and an installation method of the temporary device. The temporary device comprises a temporary hinge device and an auxiliary butt joint device. The temporary hinge device comprises two hinge plate sets arranged on the top of the installed main beam section and the top of the hoisting main beam section. The auxiliary butt joint device comprises a first steel cross beam arranged on the tail portion of the temporary hinge device on the hoisting main beam section and a second steel cross beam arranged on the tail portion of the temporary hinge device on the installed main beam section, and a finish rolling deformed steel bar is arranged between the first steel cross beam and the second steel cross beam in a penetrating mode. A first nut is screwed at one end of the finish rolling deformed steel bar, a second nut is screwed at the other end of the finish rolling deformed steel bar, a hollow cushion block and a hollow jack are arranged on the installed main beam section, and the finish rolling deformed steel bar sequentially penetrates out of the hollow cushion block and the hollow jack and is screwed with a third nut. Compared with a traditional main beam segment traction method, the method is safer, more labor-saving, convenient to operate and high in butt joint precision.
本发明是一种适用于悬索桥钢主梁安装的临时装置及其安装方法,临时装置包括临时铰接装置和辅助对接装置;临时铰接装置包括设置在已安装主梁节段和吊装主梁节段顶部的两个铰接板组;辅助对接装置包括设置于吊装主梁节段上的临时铰接装置尾部的第一钢横梁以及设置于已安装主梁节段上的临时铰接装置尾部的第二钢横梁,第一钢横梁、第二钢横梁之间穿设有精轧螺纹钢棒,精轧螺纹钢棒的一端旋紧有第一螺母且另外一端旋紧有第二螺母,已安装主梁节段上设有空心垫块和空心千斤顶,精轧螺纹钢棒依次穿出空心垫块、空心千斤顶外且旋紧有第三螺母。相比于传统主梁节段牵引方法,本发明更安全更省力,操作方便,对接精度高。
