The invention discloses a canal surface structure for inhibiting the growth of algae organisms, and relates to the technical field of inhibiting the quantity of the algae organisms in a water conveyance canal. Comprising a channel face protruding unit structure used for disturbing water flow, a driving mechanism used for driving angle adjustment of protruding units to improve the disturbing effect, and a pull rod mechanism used for correspondingly connecting the protruding units with the driving mechanism, and the multiple sets of protruding units are arranged on a channel slope in the water flow direction at intervals. The driving mechanism drives the two triangular plates in the protruding units to synchronously rotate around the rotating shaft in the opposite directions through the pull rod mechanism, so that the water flow state in the range nearby the canal surface is adjusted, algae organisms with poor adherence stability are made to fall off through water flow disturbance, the number of the algae organisms is reduced, and the stability of the canal surface is improved. On the premise that external human intervention is not needed, the attaching number of algae on the canal surface is kept, and it is guaranteed that water in the water conveyance canal is not affected by the algae negatively.
