A building cast-in-situ bored pile foundation pile head breaking method comprises the following steps that a, before cast-in-situ bored pile construction, a pile casing door capable of being opened and closed is arranged on a pile foundation pile casing, and a filter screen is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the pile casing door; b, the site is leveled, the site elevation is consistent with the elevation of the over-grouting part of the top of the pile foundation, and the pile casing is embedded into the pile hole; c, after the pile hole is formed, a reinforcement cage is put in, the surface of the reinforcement of the over-poured part at the top of the pile foundation is coated with antirust paint, and a rubber pipe is arranged in a sleeving mode; d, a flow guide slurry groove is excavated in the pile casing door; e, the pile casing door is opened, and the concrete cement paste of the over-grouted part above the door bottom elevation flows out; and f, after the concrete of the pile body reaches the design strength, the concrete of the over-grouting part above the door bottom elevation is excavated, and meanwhile, the surface of the pile head is subjected to chiseling treatment. By the adoption of the method for breaking the pile head of the building cast-in-situ bored pile foundation, shaking generated by the lower pile body when the pile head is broken can be reduced, the process is simple, and time and labor are saved.
