Foundation pit dewatering and recharging structure and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a construction method for dewatering and recharging a foundation pit, which is used for a local foundation pit in a whole foundation pit of a project, and comprises the following steps: excavating a dewatering well on the outer side of the local foundation pit, arranging a water filtering layer, a drainage pump, a drainage pipe and a sand filtering barrel in the dewatering well, and continuously draining accumulated water in the dewatering well by using the drainage pump; maintaining an open-water-free construction environment at the bottom of the local foundation pit in the construction process, stopping drainage after the construction is completed, and recharging the local foundation pit, so that the weight of recharged water in the local foundation pit and the dead weight of the local foundation pit balance upward buoyancy generated by underground water backflow to the local foundation pit after the dewatering well stops dewatering; when the project construction progress reaches the local foundation pit, recharge water in the local foundation pit is pumped and drained to continue construction, compared with a traditional waterproof curtain, the method is simple in structure, short in construction period and low in cost, the underground water level can be lowered to the position below the foundation through local small-range forced drainage, safety of surrounding roads and buildings cannot be affected, and the construction period is shortened. The method can be popularized and applied to various conditions that dewatering wells can be excavated in local foundation pits.
本发明涉及一种基坑降水和回灌的施工方法,用于项目整体基坑中的局部基坑,通过开挖局部基坑外侧的降水井,于降水井内设置滤水层、排水泵、排水管、滤砂桶,用排水泵持续排出降水井内的积水,维持施工过程中局部基坑底部的无明水施工环境,施工完成后停止排水,对局部基坑进行回灌,使局部基坑内回灌的水的重量和局部基坑自重平衡降水井停止降水后地下水回流产生的对局部基坑向上的浮力,待项目施工进度到局部基坑时,抽排局部基坑内的回灌水以继续施工,此方法相较于传统止水帷幕结构简单,施工工期较短,成本较低,局部小范围强排不仅可将地下水位降到基础以下,还不会影响周边道路和建筑的安全,可推广应用于各类局部基坑可开挖降水井的情况。
