A plurality of detection mechanisms are mounted on the elastic waterproof block, mounting holes are formed in the upper surface of the elastic waterproof block, each detection mechanism comprises a mounting rod tightly inserted into the corresponding mounting hole, mounting grooves are formed in the two side walls of each mounting rod respectively, a connecting shaft is rotationally connected to the lower side wall of each mounting groove, and a water absorption rod piece is fixedly connected to each connecting shaft; each water absorption rod piece makes contact with the upper surface of the waterproof layer, and the detection mechanism further comprises an adjusting assembly used for adjusting each water absorption rod piece to rotate till the water absorption rod piece is completely inserted into the corresponding installation groove.
