The shock-absorbing damper comprises steel of a cylinder structure, and the interior of the steel is of a hollow structure; the steel hollow structure internally comprises an indwelling area and an extrusion area; one end of the steel is located outside the indwelling area and connected with the outside through a fixing anchor; the extrusion area adopts a plurality of mutually connected wave-shaped arc structures, the wave-shaped arc structures are annularly arranged in the extrusion area, a sliding rod piece is arranged in the wave-shaped arc structures in a penetrating manner, one end of the sliding rod piece is clamped on the retention area, and the other end of the sliding rod piece is arranged outside the steel and is connected with an external structure; two cylindrical discs which are symmetrically arranged and are the same in structure are arranged on the sliding rod piece in a penetrating mode, and the space between the two cylindrical discs in the wave-shaped arc structure is filled with a lead material.
