The invention belongs to the technical field of building anti-seismic equipment, and discloses a novel anti-seismic structure for constructional engineering. The enclosing wall is arranged on the ground; the anti-seismic reinforcing assembly is arranged on the ground and comprises a movable fixing assembly, a lifting assembly and a sleeve block; the movable fixing assembly comprises a bottom plate, and a bottom groove is formed in the bottom plate. By arranging universal wheels, electric telescopic rods and rubber pads, the universal wheels move the whole bottom plate by pulling a push rod and a round block, and when a sleeve block sleeves the outer surface of an enclosing wall, the electric telescopic rods are started, so that a connecting block drives the rubber pads to move downwards until the rubber pads are tightly attached to the top of the ground; and therefore, the rubber pads fix the whole bottom plate through friction force between the ground, then the sleeve blocks conduct anti-seismic reinforcement on the enclosing wall, and the purpose of conveniently moving and sleeving the anti-seismic reinforcement enclosing wall is achieved.
