The invention provides a superimposed machine room structure and a building system, which are used for forming independent setting spaces of a cyclotron, a linear accelerator and a magnetic resonance accelerator, and the machine room structure comprises a first machine room, a second machine room and a third machine room, the first machine room and the second machine room are distributed in a staggered manner in the vertical direction; the third machine room is used for installing a magnetic resonance accelerator; the third machine room and the second machine room are staggered in the vertical direction, and the second machine room is located between the first machine room and the third machine room; the isolation wall bodies are arranged between the first machine room and the second machine room; comprising an adsorption layer, a connecting layer, a filling layer, a concrete layer and an isolating layer which are sequentially arranged, the connecting layer comprises a first mounting surface and a second mounting surface which are oppositely distributed, the adsorption layer is arranged on the first mounting surface, and the second mounting surface is connected with the filling layer; the other side of the filling layer is connected with one side of the concrete layer; and the other side of the concrete layer is connected with one side of the isolating layer.
