本发明属于信号塔领域，尤其是一种应急通讯信号塔，针对现有应急信号塔要么无法实现高处发射信号，要么无法快速进行搭建的问题，现提出如下方案，其包括连接架和两个漂浮物释放机构，所述连接架的内部安装有双轴电机，两个漂浮物释放机构分别安装在连接架的两侧并与双轴电机的输出轴连接；两个漂浮物释放机构均安装有绕线辊，绕线辊上缠绕有连接绳，连接绳的另一端均安装有漂浮物；所述连接绳上均通过攀爬器共同连接有带有信号天线的发射器。本发明采用漂浮物带动发射器进行高处的悬停，并在漂浮物释放机构的配合下能够快速的架设好，非常适用应急通讯，搭设时间少，发射器高度能够根据需要调整，使用效果非常好。
