The invention discloses a sunshade composite heat preservation intelligent window which comprises a window body. The window body comprises an outer frame, an inner frame, a mounting frame, a transparent window and a heat insulation layer; the transparent window is fixedly mounted in the center of the mounting frame, and the mounting frame is defined between the outer frame and the inner frame; a heat insulation layer is limited between the mounting frame and the inner frame; the outer frame, the inner frame and the mounting frame are fixedly connected through bolts; the shielding frame is arranged on the outer side of the inner frame and completely covers the outer frame, the inner frame and the mounting frame; the sunshade assembly is installed on the side, away from the inner frame, of the outer frame. Internal and external temperature diffusion is slow through the heat insulation layer in the window body, and the heat preservation effect is achieved; the shielding frame is arranged to prevent part of rainwater from corroding the installation position of the window body, so that the service life of the window body is prolonged; and meanwhile, an adjustable and movable sunshade assembly is assembled, the window body is shielded according to needs, and the heat preservation effect can be further improved.
