Method for preparing unfired ceramsite by taking sludge gasification slag as raw material
The preparation method of the unfired ceramsite by taking the sludge gasified slag as the raw material comprises the following steps: (1) crushing the sludge gasified slag, and screening particles with large particle sizes as inner cores; (2) grinding particles and powder with the particle size of less than 5mm to obtain ground sludge gasification slag powder which is used as a component material of the wrapping powder; (3) preparing shell wrapping powder; (4) uniformly mixing the inner core with the wrapping powder to form a particle-powder mixture; and (5) adding water into the particle-powder mixture, and stirring until the mixture is uniformly wrapped, so as to obtain the sludge gasification slag non-sintered ceramsite. And (6) testing the cylinder compressive strength, apparent density, bulk density and water absorption rate after curing. The sludge gasification slag is subjected to resource utilization and is easy to wrap when serving as an inner core of the unfired ceramsite, the preparation process is simple, and the cost can be reduced when the ground sludge gasification slag replaces part of a cementing material to serve as the wrapping powder; the strength of the prepared unfired ceramsite meets the requirement of common lightweight aggregate, and building material utilization of the sludge gasification slag can be realized.
污泥气化渣作为原材料的免烧陶粒制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将污泥气化渣进行破碎,筛取粒径大的颗粒作为内核;(2)粒径5mm以下的颗粒和粉体,粉磨得到磨细的污泥气化渣粉料,作为裹壳粉体的一种组成材料使用;(3)制备裹壳粉体;(4)将内核与裹壳粉体均匀混合,形成粒粉混合物;(5)在粒粉混合物中加水拌合至包裹均匀,得到污泥气化渣免烧陶粒;(6)养护后测试其筒压强度、表观密度、堆积密度和吸水率。本发明将污泥气化渣资源化利用,作为免烧陶粒内核时易于包裹,制备工艺简单,磨细污泥气化渣替代部分胶凝材料作为裹壳粉体时可降低成本;制备的免烧陶粒强度满足普通轻骨料的要求,可实现污泥气化渣的建材化利用。
