The invention relates to the field of building materials, and particularly discloses pervious concrete prepared from construction waste and a preparation method of the pervious concrete. The pervious concrete prepared from the construction waste is prepared by curing the following components in parts by weight at 170-190 DEG C: 340-380 parts of cement, 630-650 parts of sand, 160-180 parts of water, 20-30 parts of a water reducing agent, 80-100 parts of fly ash, 35-55 parts of mineral powder, 900-1100 parts of construction waste recycled aggregate, 40-60 parts of toughening fibers, 20-40 parts of modified polyvinylidene fluoride resin and 30-40 parts of an activated ceramic material. The construction waste recycled aggregate comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2-5 parts of construction waste, 1-1.5 parts of gelatin, 1-3 parts of calcium oxide, 1-3 parts of hydrophobic modified titanium dioxide fiber and 3-6 parts of acrylic resin. The pervious concrete has the advantages of being good in pervious effect, high in compressive strength and good in freezing resistance.
