The concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 400-450 parts of cement, 300-400 parts of sand, 600-800 parts of gravel, 60-70 parts of fly ash, 10-15 parts of silica fume, 80-100 parts of water, 10-20 parts of modified steel fibers, 3-7 parts of polypropylene fibers, 3-5 parts of a water reducing agent, 1-3 parts of a corrosion inhibitor and 0.5-1 part of an anti-freezing agent. The cement, the silica fume, the fly ash, the river sand, the gravel and other raw materials are scientifically proportioned, the concrete is good in workability and cohesiveness, the steel fibers are modified by using the silane coupling agent with gradient concentration, the adhesive force between the steel fibers and a cement matrix is greatly improved, agglomeration is reduced, meanwhile, the corrosion resistance of the concrete is improved, the service life is prolonged, and the concrete is suitable for large-scale production. And additives such as a corrosion inhibitor and an anti-freezing agent are added, so that the adaptability and stability of the concrete are improved, the application field is widened, and the economic value is improved.
