The invention provides a road base material and a preparation method thereof. The road base material comprises 1-5 parts of cement, 50-70 parts of gravel, 4-8 parts of fly ash, 5-15 parts of sand, 5-15 parts of stone chips, 1-3 parts of modified carboxymethyl cellulose, 1-3 parts of modified polypropylene fiber and 4-10 parts of water. According to the technical scheme, the modified polypropylene fiber comprises the graphene, the hydrophilicity of the modified polypropylene fiber is further improved through the graphene, the tensile strength of the modified polypropylene fiber can be effectively improved through the special honeycomb structure of the graphene, and the modified polypropylene fiber can be better dispersed in cement; and thus, the integrity of the pavement base material is improved, and the crack resistance of the pavement base material is improved.
本发明提供了一种道路基层材料及其制备方法,包括水泥1‑5份、碎石50‑70份、粉煤灰4‑8份、砂5‑15份、石屑5‑15份、改性羧甲基纤维素1‑3份、改性聚丙烯纤维1‑3份、水4‑10份。通过本发明的技术方案,改性聚丙烯纤维包括有石墨烯,石墨烯不仅进一步改善了改性聚丙烯纤维的亲水性,且石墨烯蜂窝状的特殊结构能够有效提高改性聚丙烯纤维的抗拉强度,改性聚丙烯纤维能够更好地分散在水泥中,进而使得路面基层材料的整体性得到提高,进而改善路面基层材料的抗裂性能。
