A pavement water permeable brick capable of preventing water splashing belongs to the technical field of road engineering and comprises front and rear side surfaces, left and right side surfaces and upper and lower side surfaces, the joints of the six surfaces are arranged to be inclined surfaces with 45-degree angles, so that a surface groove side wall, a bottom groove side wall and a vertical groove side wall are formed; meanwhile, the front and rear side surfaces and the left and right side surfaces are respectively provided with mortises and tenon tables which can be mutually sleeved, and the sum of the length of the tenon tables and the height of the tenon tables is equal to the length of the mortises; the tenon tables and the mortises on the water permeable bricks are mutually sleeved and inserted to form a mutually connected whole pavement, so that the side walls of the surface grooves on the adjacent water permeable bricks form a water collecting groove, the side walls of the bottom grooves form a water draining groove, and the side walls of the vertical grooves form a water permeable groove; rainwater can be collected by the water collecting tank on the road surface and flows to the water draining tank through the water permeable tank, so that a water pit is not easy to form under the water permeable bricks, the water permeable bricks jointly form the whole road surface, the whole road surface is stressed and mutually supported when a pedestrian steps on one brick, and the condition of water splashing is avoided.
