Overflow drainage device for viaduct
A viaduct overflow drainage device is a lateral drainage system and comprises a lateral drainage hole and a water collecting funnel. A plurality of lateral drainage holes are formed in the bottom of the bridge guardrail, water guide dustpans welded by steel plates are laid in the holes, and the rear ends of the water guide dustpans extend into the water collecting funnel; the water collecting funnel is a funnel with a water inlet in the front side face and comprises a top cover plate, a bottom plate, side baffles, a back plate, a front baffle and a water outlet formed in the bottom plate. A plurality of rectangular tooth grooves in the vertical direction are formed in the upper edge of the front baffle; flange connecting plates are arranged on the peripheral edges of the water collecting funnel and connected with the guardrails; the rear end of the water guiding dustpan corresponds to one rectangular tooth groove in shape and is inserted into the rectangular tooth groove to be connected in an embedded mode to form a water inlet channel, and a water collecting funnel is connected with the water guiding dustpans in the lateral drainage holes to form a plurality of water inlet channels. The water collecting funnel is tightly connected with the lateral drainage hole, and it is avoided that rainwater leaks outwards to corrode bridge components.
一种高架桥溢流排水装置,为侧向泄水系统,其包括侧向排水洞口和集水漏斗两部分;侧向排水洞口是在桥梁护栏底部位置开设若干侧向排水洞口,并在洞口内铺设钢板焊接的导水簸箕,导水簸箕后端伸入集水漏斗内;集水漏斗为前侧面设有进水口的漏斗,包括顶部盖板、底板、侧挡板、背板、前挡板及底板上设置的排水口;前挡板上边沿设置有若干上下方向的矩形齿槽;集水漏斗四周边缘设置法兰连接板与护栏连接;导水簸箕后端与一个矩形齿槽形状相对应,并插入矩形齿槽内嵌合连接构成进水通道,一个集水漏斗与若干个侧向排水洞口中的导水簸箕连接构成多个进水通道。本发明集水漏斗与侧向排水洞口连接紧密,避免雨水外漏腐蚀桥梁构件。
