According to the device, rainwater is discharged into the box body through the water inlet assembly, oil-containing particles in the rainwater are adsorbed through oil absorption treatment of the oil absorption assembly, so that oil stains, heavy metals and liquid in the initial rainwater are separated and then discharged from the first water outlet pipe, and the purpose of purifying the rainwater on the bridge floor is achieved.
