The invention provides a bridge anti-collision wall moving construction platform which is characterized in that two sliding rails are arranged side by side, two fixing frames are fixedly installed at the two ends of the sliding rails correspondingly, a plurality of first pulleys are fixed to the lower portions of the two fixing frames correspondingly, and a plurality of second pulleys are slidably arranged on the two sliding rails correspondingly; the lower portion of the support of each pulley is correspondingly connected with the upper end of a telescopic rod, and the lower ends of the telescopic rods are fixedly connected to the hanging basket. By controlling rotation of the first pulleys, the whole bridge anti-collision wall moving construction platform is precisely controlled to move in the linear direction of the anti-collision wall, so that the operation range can cover the whole bridge; the hanging basket device can be adjusted up and down to different operation areas through a telescopic rod; the movable hanging basket can move left and right on the steel rail in a limited manner through the second pulley so as to overhaul the left and right sides of the middle zoning of the bridge; the whole movable working platform is convenient to operate, safe and firm, and the working difficulty in the bridge aerial operation process is reduced.
