By controlling rotation of the first pulleys, the whole bridge anti-collision wall moving construction platform is precisely controlled to move in the linear direction of the anti-collision wall, so that the operation range can cover the whole bridge; the hanging basket device can be adjusted up and down to different operation areas through a telescopic rod; the movable hanging basket can move left and right on the steel rail in a limited manner through the second pulley so as to overhaul the left and right sides of the middle zoning of the bridge; the whole movable working platform is convenient to operate, safe and firm, and the working difficulty in the bridge aerial operation process is reduced.
