The invention discloses a bridge construction safety anti-falling device which comprises a scaffold body, a base is arranged on one side of the scaffold body, a crawling ladder is arranged on the upper portion of the base, guide columns are arranged on the portions, located on the two sides of the crawling ladder, of the upper portion of the base, and supports are arranged on the opposite sides of the two guide columns in a sliding mode. A support is arranged on the base, a connecting ring used for hanging a safety buckle is arranged on one side of the support, an anti-falling mechanism used for stopping the support is arranged on the guide column, a gravity control mechanism used for controlling the anti-falling mechanism to work is arranged on the base, and a bearing platform in the gravity control mechanism is arranged at the lower end of the crawling ladder. The anti-falling mechanism is controlled to be closed by adopting the weight of a climbing person, so that the anti-falling mechanism can work in time after a worker is separated from the crawling ladder, protection can be easily achieved when the worker climbs downwards, the worker does not need to continuously change the connecting position of a safety buckle, and anti-falling protection is more comprehensive.
