Rapid replacement method for beam bottom pier column
The invention discloses a beam bottom pier column rapid replacement method which comprises the steps that a temporary support is erected at the bottom of a beam, and a jacking device is used for jacking a bridge superstructure till an original pier column is unloaded; a lifting system is installed on the bridge floor; the original pier columns are cut and dismantled in a segmented mode from bottom to top, and each original pier column segment is cut after being lowered to the ground through a lifting system; new pier columns are installed in a segmented mode according to the sequence from top to bottom, and each new pier column segment is fixedly connected with the next pier column segment after being lifted to the set height through a lifting system; the new pier column is fixedly connected with the bridge foundation, and the bridge superstructure falls back to the new pier column and is fixedly connected with the new pier column. Aiming at the condition that a pier structure is seriously damaged and an upper structure of a bridge is not seriously damaged, after an original pier column is unloaded, the pier column is quickly replaced by adopting a method of segmentally cutting and dismounting from bottom to top and segmentally lifting and mounting from top to bottom; the construction quality of a new pier column is guaranteed, and meanwhile the construction efficiency and the construction safety of pier column replacement are improved.
本发明公开了一种梁底墩柱快速更换方法,包括:在梁底搭设临时支撑,使用顶升装置顶升桥梁上部结构至原墩柱卸载;在桥面上安装升降系统;按照从下至上的顺序分段切割拆除原墩柱,每个原墩柱节段均使用升降系统降至地面后进行切割;按照从上至下的顺序分段安装新墩柱,每个新墩柱节段均使用升降系统升至设定高度后与下一墩柱节段固定连接;将新墩柱与桥梁基础固定连接,桥梁上部结构回落至新墩柱上并与其固定连接。本发明针对桥墩结构严重损坏而桥梁上部结构无严重损伤的情况,在原墩柱卸载后,采用由下至上分段切割拆除、由上至下分段提升安装的方法实现墩柱的快速更换,在保证新墩柱施工质量的同时提高了墩柱拆换的施工效率和施工安全性。
