Fabricated prestressed high-strength concrete anti-slip tubular pile composite structure and construction method
The invention provides a fabricated prestressed high-strength concrete anti-slip tubular pile composite structure and a construction method, and belongs to the technical field of anti-slip tubular pile composite structures in order to overcome the defects of an existing large-section pile and micro pile anti-slip technology in the aspects of side (slip) slope emergency rescue and permanent treatment. The combined structure comprises a prestressed high-strength concrete prefabricated anti-sliding pipe pile and also comprises (1) a hollow structure inside the prefabricated anti-sliding pipe pile, and a cast-in-place concrete reinforcing structure at the hollow part of the prefabricated anti-sliding pipe pile; (2) a single-row type prefabricated anti-sliding pipe pile combined structure and a cast-in-place concrete longitudinal top beam at the top of the prefabricated anti-sliding pipe pile; (3) a frame type prefabricated anti-sliding pipe pile combined structure, and cast-in-place concrete longitudinal top beams and transverse straining beams at the tops of the prefabricated anti-sliding pipe piles; and (4) a single-row type or frame type prefabricated anti-sliding pipe pile combined structure and a cast-in-place concrete top plate at the tops of the prefabricated anti-sliding pipe piles. Based on the combined structure, the combined structure is suitable for side (slip) slope instability emergency rescue and permanent reinforcement at the same time.
针对现有大截面桩和微型桩抗滑技术,在边(滑)坡应急抢险和永久处治方面的不足,本发明提供一种装配式预应力高强混凝土抗滑管桩组合结构及施工方法,属于抗滑管桩组合结构技术领域。组合结构包括预应力高强混凝土预制抗滑管桩,同时还包括:①预制抗滑管桩内部为中空结构,在预制抗滑管桩中空部位的现浇混凝土补强结构;②单排式预制抗滑管桩组合结构,以及在预制抗滑管桩顶部的现浇混凝土纵向冠梁;③框架式预制抗滑管桩组合结构,以及在预制抗滑管桩顶部的现浇混凝土纵向冠梁和横向系梁;④单排式或框架式预制抗滑管桩组合结构,以及在预制抗滑管桩顶部的现浇混凝土顶板。基于该组合结构,本发明同时适于边(滑)坡失稳应急抢险和永久加固。
