The invention relates to the technical field of photovoltaic foundation piles, in particular to a raft formwork mold for a photovoltaic foundation pile and a raft thereof, and the raft formwork mold comprises a formwork assembly and a mold separating and combining piece located on the formwork assembly; and the raft plate assembly comprises a raft plate piece which is formed by pouring of the formwork supporting piece and a reinforcing piece which is formed by pouring of the raft plate piece. According to the method, a crane is used for moving the mold separating and combining parts, the mold separating and combining parts are placed on a triangle formed by the mold supporting parts from top to bottom, the mold supporting parts are limited through the mold separating and combining parts, and concrete is poured after a steel reinforcement framework is built, so that the raft plate part is formed; after the raft plate is solidified, a crane is used for moving the mold separating and combining piece upwards, the mold separating and combining piece moves upwards to enable the mold supporting piece to be decomposed, and therefore mold removing work is rapidly completed, the raft plate is obtained, and the construction speed is greatly increased; and after the formwork removal work is completed, the raft plate pieces are subjected to strength reinforcement through the reinforcing pieces.
