The invention provides a novel anchor rod post-grouting pile foundation which comprises a hole digging foundation, anchor rods and miniature threaded pipes, after hole digging of the foundation is completed, anchor rod construction working faces are excavated on the two sides of the foundation, the miniature threaded pipes are drilled into the hole digging foundation according to the design angle, meanwhile, anchor bars are inserted into the miniature threaded pipes, grouting holes are reserved in the upper ends of the miniature threaded pipes, and the grouting holes are formed in the lower ends of the miniature threaded pipes. Uniformly reserved slurry outlets are formed in a pipe body of the micro threaded pipe, the micro threaded pipe is grouted after the foundation is poured and maintained to a certain strength, and a construction working face is backfilled after grouting is completed. According to the scheme, the number and the arrangement form of the miniature threaded pipes can be flexibly adjusted according to actual geological conditions, and adaptability is high; the arrangement position of the anchor rod is very convenient for the drilling and construction of the anchor bar; the stress of the foundation can be effectively increased through the stress of the anchor rod, meanwhile, the hole digging depth of the foundation is reduced, the engineering cost is reduced, the construction progress is accelerated, the labor intensity is reduced, and engineering projects can be completed in areas with complex stratum conditions.
