本发明提供一种挡土结构施工方法及用该方法得到的挡土墙回填结构，包括挡土结构后方回填土和铺设土工筋材的方法，如下工序：从挡土结构后方回填标高起，先回填一定高度一定范围的回填土，在其上方铺设筋材，筋材沿回填土形成的坡度向下铺设向右延伸，直至一定范围，在筋材上方进行回填土施工与左侧齐平，自此第一层结束；第二层铺设重复上述步骤，以此类推；每一层最先填筑的筋材下方的回填土范围从下往上逐层扩大。本发明的有益效果是通过一种全新的思维方式，极大的减小了挡土结构的投入，且对原有的施工工法影响甚小，操作简单。
