The rail top air duct post-pouring support-free embedded hanging formwork comprises a rail top air duct bottom formwork assembly (1), a rail top air duct inner formwork assembly (2), an embedded hanging ring (3) and a telescopic hanging ring assembly (4). The pre-buried hanging rings are pre-buried on the bottom face of a rail top middle plate (5), one ends of the telescopic hanging ring assemblies are arranged on the two side walls of the rail top air duct bottom die assembly and the two side walls of the rail top air duct inner die assembly, and the other ends of the telescopic hanging ring assemblies are correspondingly connected with the pre-buried hanging rings in a hanging mode, so that the rail top air duct bottom die assembly is hoisted to the bottom of the rail top middle plate through the telescopic hanging ring assemblies and the pre-buried hanging rings.
