The invention relates to the field of drainage structures, and discloses an adjustable non-descending plate same-layer drainage collector which comprises a main shell and an auxiliary shell which are connected with each other, and the top of the main shell is connected with a main drainage pipe; the top of the auxiliary shell is connected with an auxiliary drainage pipe fitting, the auxiliary drainage pipe fitting is provided with a vertical drainage channel and a transverse drainage channel which are connected with each other, and the vertical drainage channel and the transverse drainage channel are respectively used for guiding sewage into the auxiliary shell and discharging the sewage from a lower water outlet in the bottom of the auxiliary shell; a water guide channel is communicated between the main shell and the auxiliary shell and extends in the direction where the main shell is located to form a partition part, and the partition part divides the interior of the main shell into a first water seal area and a second water seal area. Wastewater is guided into the main shell through the main drainage pipe fitting, is discharged into the auxiliary shell through the first water seal area, the second water seal area and the water guide channel in sequence, and is discharged from a lower water outlet in the bottom of the auxiliary shell.
