The invention relates to a curved surface grid modeling structure and a torsion joint manufacturing method thereof.The curved surface grid modeling structure comprises connecting rods and torsion joints, the connecting rods are straight box bodies with rectangular sections, the torsion joints comprise main body torsion box bodies and box type brackets, and the two opposite sides of each main body torsion box body are connected with the corresponding box type bracket to form an X-shaped structure; the two ends of the main body torsion box body and the box type brackets on the two sides form four supporting legs of a torsion joint; the box-shaped bracket is a straight box body with a rectangular section, the main body torsion box body comprises an end plate and four torsion plates with bending torsion, the four torsion plates are spliced to form a box-shaped structure with a rectangular section, the end plate seals an opening at one end of the box-shaped structure, and the other end of the box-shaped structure is open; and the connecting rods are fixedly connected with the supporting legs of the torsion nodes to form a curved surface grid modeling structure. Conversion of the curved surface degree is achieved through the torsion nodes, the installation precision of the curved surface grid is guaranteed, the assembly difficulty is lowered, effective transmission of force in the nodes is achieved, and stress safety of the structure is guaranteed.
