The invention discloses a narrow space ventilation pipeline construction node and a construction method thereof, and the construction method comprises the following steps: S1, based on a BIM technology, building a three-dimensional model according to a construction drawing of a ventilation pipeline and an internal structure of the pipeline, and carrying out the deepened design of a vertical ventilation pipeline; s2, prefabricating the deeply-designed ventilation pipeline units in a pipeline factory, and assembling a plurality of ventilation pipeline units in sections on a construction site; s3, the ventilation pipeline is lifted and hoisted into the narrow and small space in an inverted mode on the construction site, and the ventilation pipeline is assembled; s4, a temporary fastening skylight needs to be arranged between every two adjacent ventilation pipelines; and S5, the step S3 and the step S4 are repeated, the remaining hoisting ventilation pipeline is installed till installation of the ventilation pipeline is completed, and then a secondary structure wall is built on the concrete structure wall. By the adoption of the construction method, the problem that the inner side flange bolts cannot be fastened when the ventilation pipeline is adjacent to the structural wall is solved, potential safety hazards of construction are reduced, and the construction efficiency of operators is improved.
