The invention discloses a sliding pouring formwork for an underground space structure side wall and a sliding pouring method of the sliding pouring formwork. The sliding pouring formwork comprises a pouring wood formwork, a frame system and a rail system. The pouring wood formwork is fixed to the frame system. The frame system comprises a vertical supporting frame, a horizontal supporting frame and inclined struts. The pouring wood formwork is fixed to the outer side of the vertical supporting frame. Sliding rollers are arranged at the bottom of the horizontal supporting frame; two ends of the inclined strut are respectively connected with the vertical support frame and the horizontal support frame to form a triangular support structure; the track system comprises a track and a height adjusting foot pad. During use, the number of the poured wood formworks and the frame systems is determined according to the single-time pouring length of the side wall, the wood formworks and the frame systems are sequentially placed on the track through a crane and moved to the next pouring position through the track after concrete pouring is completed and the specified curing time is reached, and the situation that the construction efficiency is reduced due to the fact that the pouring formworks are lifted many times is avoided.
