According to the ground leveling equipment, the slurry discharging device and the leveling head are arranged in a split mode, the first lifting device can conveniently drive the leveling head to ascend and descend, meanwhile, the slurry discharging device can be driven by the second lifting device to ascend and descend so as to adjust the position of the slurry discharging device, and the problem that the slurry discharging device inclines to scrape reinforcing steel bars or cause excessive slurry discharging can be solved.
