A plurality of first connecting rods are arranged between the supporting arm and the adjusting arm; the bottom of the first connecting rod is fixedly connected with a leveling shovel; through the structural design that the moving assembly drives the supporting arm and the adjusting arm to move forwards together, and then the surface of a concrete layer is flattened through the leveling shovel, the function that leveling of the top of the cast-in-place box girder is more convenient is achieved, and the problems that when concrete is flattened through a metal trowel, manpower is likely to be consumed, and construction efficiency is high are effectively solved.
