The invention provides a wooden surface SPC lock catch floor production process which comprises the following steps: S1, mixing PVC resin powder, calcium carbonate powder formed by combining 400-mesh calcium carbonate particles and 1200-mesh calcium carbonate particles according to different proportions, a calcium-zinc stabilizer, rare earth, CPE resin, an ACR processing aid, PE wax and an L-60 lubricant to obtain an SPC base material mixture, and after the wooden surface SPC floor is processed, performing extrusion molding on the SPC base material mixture to obtain the wooden surface SPC lock catch floor. The method comprises the following steps of: firstly, coating the surface of the wooden surface SPC floor with TPU polyurethane, then melting the TPU polyurethane by using a melting device, uniformly coating the surface of the wooden surface SPC floor with the TPU polyurethane after the TPU polyurethane is melted, and airing after the surface of the wooden surface SPC floor is uniformly coated with the TPU polyurethane. According to the production process of the wooden-surface SPC lock catch floor, TPU polyurethane and KN17 high-molecular ceramic polymer paint are smeared on the surface of the manufactured wooden-surface SPC floor, so that the manufactured wooden-surface SPC floor can be subjected to multiple protection and abrasion resistance, and the service life of the whole wooden-surface SPC floor can be prolonged.
