The invention discloses a pipeline direct drinking water secondary pollution treatment method and a pipeline direct drinking water system.The treatment method comprises the steps that a first working mode and a second working mode are set according to the water using frequency of a user in a target area, in the first working mode, a circulation driving device is started for a first preset duration every first preset period, and in the second working mode, a circulation driving device is started for a second preset duration every second preset period; the circulating treatment device carries out ozone disinfection for a second preset time length and ultraviolet disinfection for a third preset time length every first preset period; and in the second working mode, the circulation driving device is closed. According to the treatment method, by controlling the ozone disinfection duration, the ultraviolet disinfection duration and the water circulation driving duration of the circulation driving device in the first working mode, the problem that microorganisms in water exceed the standard due to secondary pollution of the pipeline is solved under the condition of relatively low cost; the bromate exceeds the standard due to too large ozone amount; and the high cost of starting a circulation driving device is solved.
