The invention provides a pouring type recycled asphalt mixture. The pouring type recycled asphalt mixture is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 to 25 parts of No.1 recycled material, 10 to 16 parts of No.2 recycled material, 20 to 30 parts of new aggregate, 10 to 20 parts of natural sand, 20 to 25 parts of mineral powder, 7.5 to 8.0 parts of mixed asphalt and 0.09 to 0.27 part of viscosity reducer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the new aggregate which is kept at 240-260 DEG C and the natural sand; adding the No.1 regenerated material and the No.2 regenerated material which are subjected to heat preservation to 110-130 DEG C, and mixing; then adding mixed asphalt which is kept at 165-175 DEG C for mixing; and finally, adding the mineral powder which is subjected to heat preservation to 100-150 DEG C, mixing, adding the viscosity reducer, continuously heating to 230-240 DEG C, and carrying out heat preservation and stirring. The recycled asphalt mixture is subjected to dry-type oil-stone separation processing, high-quality application of the recycled material is achieved, especially application of 0-3 mm of the recycled material rich in aged asphalt, the manufacturing cost of the pouring type asphalt mixture can be effectively reduced, and meanwhile the good water tightness, ageing resistance, fatigue resistance, excellent synergistic deformation and other performance of the pouring type asphalt mixture are reserved.
本发明提供一种浇注式再生沥青混合料，包含以下重量份的原料：1号再生料20～25份、2号再生料10～16份、新骨料20～30份、天然砂10～20份、矿粉20～25份、混合沥青7.5～8.0份、降粘剂0.09～0.27份。本发明还提供其制备方法：将保温到240～260℃的新骨料、天然砂进行拌合；再投入保温到110～130℃的1号再生料和2号再生料拌合；然后加入保温到165～175℃的混合沥青进行拌合；最后加入保温到100～150℃的矿粉拌合，同时加入降粘剂，持续加热到230～240℃，保温搅拌。本发明将再生沥青混合料进行干式油石分离加工，实现再生料高品质应用，尤其对于富含老化沥青的再生料0～3mm的应用，能有效降低浇注式沥青混合料造价，同时保留浇注式沥青混合料良好的密水性、抗老化、抗疲劳和优良的协同变形等性能。
