The invention discloses a three-dimensional fabric reinforced mortar composite material and a preparation method thereof. The three-dimensional fabric reinforced mortar composite material comprises a three-dimensional fabric, an interface agent and a mortar matrix material. The three-dimensional fabric is a three-dimensional grid fabric; and the mortar matrix is bonded on the surface of the three-dimensional grid and permeates into the three-dimensional grid. The preparation method of the composite material comprises the following steps: cleaning a mold, coating a release agent, uniformly stirring an interface agent, coating the interface agent on a three-dimensional grid fabric, uniformly stirring mortar and water in proportion to obtain a mortar matrix material, pouring a first layer of mortar with the thickness of about 2cm in the mold, pressing the three-dimensional fabric on the first layer of mortar, pouring a second layer of mortar until the fabric is completely covered, and carrying out demolding. Placing the mold on a vibration table for vibration; according to the obtained three-dimensional fabric reinforced mortar composite material, the permeation effect of mortar in the three-dimensional fabric is remarkably improved, the interface bonding strength between the three-dimensional fabric and the mortar is improved, and the three-dimensional fabric reinforced mortar composite material is good in stability and high in deformation resistance.
本发明公开了一种三维织物增强砂浆复合材料及其制备方法。三维织物增强砂浆复合材料包括三维织物、界面剂和砂浆基体材料。所述三维织物是三维网格织物；所述砂浆基体粘结在三维网格表面以及渗透进入三维网格内部。该复合材料的制备方法为：清理模具，涂脱模剂，将界面剂搅拌均匀涂覆在三维网格织物上，将砂浆、水按比例搅拌均匀，得到砂浆基体材料，在模具中浇筑第一层砂浆，厚度约2cm，将三维织物按压在第一层砂浆上，浇筑第二层砂浆，直至完全覆盖织物，将模具放在振动台上振荡。本发明得到的三维织物增强砂浆复合材料显著提高了砂浆在三维织物中的渗透作用，提高了三维织物与砂浆之间的界面粘结强度，稳定性好，抗变形能力强。
