The invention belongs to the technical field of grouting materials, and particularly relates to a polypropylene fiber reinforced superfine cement-based grouting full-length anchoring material and a preparation method thereof. The grouting full-length anchoring material is prepared from 950 to 1050 parts by mass of standard cement, 2 to 2.5 parts by mass of a water reducing agent, 80 to 100 parts by mass of an expanding agent, 35 to 65 parts by mass of an accelerator and 1 to 7 parts by mass of polypropylene fiber. Compared with the existing cement grouting material, the grouting material disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high slurry stability, good fluidity, strong groutability and almost no bleeding phenomenon, and shows higher anchoring strength, enhanced coordinated deformation capability and better durability in a full-length grouting system as an anchoring agent.
本发明属于注浆材料技术领域,尤其是一种聚丙烯纤维增强超细水泥基注浆全长锚固材料及制备方法。本发明的注浆全长锚固材料包括950‑1050质量份的基准水泥、2‑2.5质量份的减水剂、80‑100质量份的膨胀剂、35‑65质量份的速凝剂及1‑7份质量份的聚丙烯纤维。本发明与现有水泥注浆材料相比,浆液稳定性高,流动性好,可注性强,几乎无泌水性现象,作为锚固剂在全长注浆体系中表现出更高的锚固强度、增强的协调变形能力和较好的耐久性。
