The invention discloses a lithium slag-based ceramic blank, a ceramic body, a ceramic tile and a preparation method thereof, and the lithium slag-based ceramic blank comprises the following components in parts by mass: 20-35 parts of ball clay, 1-8 parts of bentonite, 2-8 parts of low-temperature frit, 0-32 parts of potassium feldspar, 0-20 parts of albite, 1-5 parts of alumina, 1-8 parts of black talc, 20-60 parts of lithium slag and 1-5 parts of magnesia. A large amount of lithium slag is introduced into the ceramic blank, so that the problem of huge harm to the ecological environment caused by stockpiling of the lithium slag is solved, and meanwhile, mineral resources are utilized more reasonably due to reutilization of the lithium slag. Besides, reasonable fluxing agents are adopted, low-temperature frits, black talc, magnesia soil and potassium and sodium brought into lithium slag raw materials are introduced to serve as gradient fluxing agents, a multi-element composite firing billet system is constructed in a different-temperature gradient fluxing mode, the firing temperature of the billet is reduced, and the firing time is shortened.
本发明公开一种基于锂渣的陶瓷坯料、陶瓷坯体、陶瓷砖及其制备方法,按质量份计,所述基于锂渣的陶瓷坯料包括以下组分:球土20‑35份、膨润土1‑8份、低温熔块2‑8份、钾长石0‑32份、钠长石0‑20份、氧化铝1‑5份、黑滑石1‑8份、锂渣20‑60份、镁质土1‑5份。本发明在陶瓷坯料中引入大量的锂渣,不仅解决了堆存锂渣对生态环境带来的巨大危害的问题,同时锂渣的再利用使矿产资源得到更为合理的利用。此外,本发明采用了合理的助熔剂,通过引入低温熔块、黑滑石、镁质土,以及锂渣原料中带入的钾钠为梯度助熔剂,通过不同温度梯度助熔的方式构建多元复合烧成坯方体系,降低坯体烧成温度并缩短烧成时间。
