And relative sliding can be generated between the two polyfluortetraethylene plates after concrete pouring is finished. Relative slippage between the two polyfluortetraethylene plates is adopted to replace relative slippage between the steel beam and the concrete bridge deck slab, the compressive pre-stress in the bridge deck slab is remarkably improved, cracking of a hogging moment area of the steel-concrete composite structure is effectively controlled, and the construction process of applying the compressive pre-stress is simplified.
本发明涉及一种钢混组合结构负弯矩区连接装置及施工方法,钢混组合结构负弯矩区连接装置设置在钢梁与桥面板之间,所述连接装置包括设置在钢梁负弯矩区的橡胶‑聚四氟乙烯复合板,所述橡胶‑聚四氟乙烯复合板包括位于上下两层的两层橡胶板以及设置在两层橡胶板之间的两层聚四氟乙烯板,位于下层的橡胶板与钢梁上表面相连,位于上层的橡胶板与桥面板相连,两层聚四氟乙烯板间允许相对滑移产生摩擦。在混凝土浇筑结束后使两块聚四氟乙烯板之间可以产生相对滑动。本发明采用两块聚四氟乙烯板间相对滑移代替钢梁与混凝土桥面板间的相对滑移,显著提升桥面板内的预压应力,有效控制钢混组合结构负弯矩区开裂,简化施加预压应力的施工流程。
