The invention discloses a steel cable sleeve giving consideration to protection and decoration in a better embodiment, and the steel cable sleeve comprises a cushion sleeve which is used for sleeving a cable body, the periphery of the cushion sleeve is provided with two cushion bodies, and the two cushion bodies and the cushion sleeve are of an integrated structure; the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate mutually clamp the cable body and the two cushion bodies, and the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate are fixedly connected through at least two first connecting pieces; the first transverse partition plates are fixedly arranged on the first clamping plate, and the first transverse partition plates are sequentially arranged in the length direction of the first clamping plate; the first half cable sleeve is fixedly connected with the plurality of first diaphragm plates; and the second half cable sleeve is fixedly connected with the first half cable sleeve through at least two second connecting pieces, and the second half cable sleeve covers the second clamping plate. The device is simple in structure and convenient to construct, can be applied to various bridge cables, and is not limited by the length and the diameter of the cable.

本发明公开一种较佳实施例的兼顾防护及装饰的钢缆套，包括：垫套，垫套用于套设于缆索索体，垫套的外周具有两垫体，两垫体与垫套为一体式结构；第一夹紧板和第二夹紧板，第一夹紧板与第二夹紧板相互夹持缆索索体和两垫体，第一夹紧板与第二夹紧板之间通过至少两第一连接件固定连接；若干第一横隔板，若干第一横隔板固定设于第一夹紧板上，若干第一横隔板沿第一夹紧板的长度方向依次设置；第一半缆套，第一半缆套与若干第一横隔板固定连接；第二半缆套，第二半缆套通过至少两第二连接件与第一半缆套固定连接，第二半缆套覆盖第二夹紧板。本发明结构简单，便于施工，可以应用于各种桥梁缆索，不受缆索长度及直径限制。
