When the pulse controller works, fluid rushed out of the pulse holes scours impurities in the drainage and seepage pipe, and the impurities are discharged through scouring in the drainage and seepage pipe. Air pressure pulse control is adopted, gas-liquid two-phase flow generated by high-pressure gas is used for desilting a clogged seepage drainage pipeline, a blocking remover is used for acidification blocking removal, and the seepage drainage capacity is effectively recovered.
