The anti-clogging gutter inlet structure comprises a rainwater grate, a rainwater connecting pipe, a transmission assembly and a water collecting well, the water collecting well is vertically arranged underground, the rainwater grate is arranged at the top of the water collecting well and covers a gutter inlet in the top of the water collecting well, the rainwater connecting pipe is arranged underground and horizontally connected into the water collecting well, and the transmission assembly is arranged in the water collecting well. The free end of an input rod on the transmission assembly vertically penetrates into the rainwater connecting pipe and is fixedly connected with a first fan wheel in the rainwater connecting pipe in a penetrating mode, output rods on the transmission assembly are arranged outside the rainwater connecting pipe in parallel with the input rod at intervals, and the free ends of the output rods are fixedly connected with a second fan wheel in the water collecting well in a penetrating mode.
