The novel connecting and fixing structure comprises a lower-layer prefabricated column, an upper-layer prefabricated column and an L-shaped fixing clamping base, a column cap connected with a frame beam is arranged at the top of the lower-layer prefabricated column, a cup opening groove is formed in the top of the column cap, and the upper-layer prefabricated column is fixed to the upper surface of the column cap through the L-shaped fixing clamping base; the reinforcing steel bars at the bottoms of the upper-layer prefabricated columns extend into the cup opening grooves to be connected with the reinforcing steel bars at the tops of the lower-layer prefabricated columns in a lap joint mode, the edges of gaps between the upper-layer prefabricated columns and the column caps are blocked through blocking mortar, and fine aggregate concrete which is one grade higher than the concrete grade of the prefabricated columns is poured to the floor level elevation in the cup opening grooves. A gap between the upper-layer prefabricated column and the column cap is filled with grouting materials, the upper surface of the upper-layer prefabricated column and the upper surface of the column cap are connected with the L-shaped fixing clamping base through bolts, and threaded sleeve metal pieces matched with the bolts are embedded in the upper-layer prefabricated column and the column cap. The invention further provides an implementation method of the novel connecting and fixing structure suitable for the prefabricated column.
本发明提供一种适用于预制柱的新型连接固定结构,包括下层预制柱、上层预制柱、L型固定卡座,下层预制柱顶部设有与框架梁相连的柱帽,柱帽顶部开设有杯口槽,上层预制柱通过L型固定卡座固定于所述柱帽的上表面,上层预制柱底部的钢筋伸入杯口槽内与下层预制柱顶部的钢筋搭接相连,上层预制柱与柱帽的间隙边沿采用封堵砂浆封堵,所述杯口槽内采用比预制柱混凝土等级高一个级别的细石混凝土浇筑至楼层面标高,上层预制柱与柱帽的间隙内采用灌浆料填实,上层预制柱以及柱帽的上表面均与L型固定卡座通过螺栓连接,上层预制柱以及柱帽内均预埋与所述螺栓配合的螺纹套筒金属件。本发明还提供一种适用于预制柱的新型连接固定结构的实施方法。
