The invention relates to a buffer structure and an assembled floor using the same, the buffer structure comprises a plurality of top supporting surfaces and bottom supporting surfaces which are uniformly arranged, the bottom supporting surfaces are arranged below the top supporting surfaces, the bottom supporting surfaces and the top supporting surfaces are staggered, two adjacent top supporting surfaces are in smooth transition through an upper connecting plate, and the bottom supporting surfaces are in smooth transition through a lower connecting plate. The bottom supporting surface is connected with the corresponding upper connecting plate through the lower connecting plate; the assembled floor support is provided with the top supporting faces and the bottom supporting faces which are used for making contact with the ground and the surface layer of an assembled floor respectively, every two adjacent top supporting faces are connected through the corresponding upper connecting plates, the bottom supporting faces are connected with the corresponding upper connecting plates through the corresponding lower connecting plates, and the upper connecting plates and the lower connecting plates can elastically deform when stressed; and a better elastic buffering effect is provided.
