The outer bending plates at the end parts of the two middle semicircular embracing rings and the two lower semicircular embracing rings are connected through screws and nuts; the middle holding ring, the lower holding ring and the upper holding ring are fixedly connected with the telegraph pole, and after the telegraph pole between the upper holding ring and the middle holding ring is crushed by a tool, the upper telegraph pole can be safely taken down.
