The invention relates to the field of loess tunnel excavation technologies, in particular to a novel loess tunnel excavation device which comprises a crawler vehicle body, an arch frame, a rotary excavating mechanism and an unearthing mechanism, the rotary excavating mechanism comprises a cutterhead, a driving assembly and a plurality of flaring assemblies, and the cutterhead is rotationally connected with the arch frame; the flaring assemblies are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of the cutter head. The flaring assembly comprises a flaring cutter, a pushing block, a mounting seat and at least one telescopic piece, an opening groove is formed in the cutter head, the opening groove is formed in the radial direction of the cutter head, the mounting seat is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the cutter head, one end of the telescopic piece is fixedly connected with the mounting seat, the other end of the telescopic piece is connected with the pushing block, and the telescopic piece is used for driving the pushing block to slide along the opening groove; the end, extending out of the cutter head, of the abutting-pushing block is fixedly connected with the flaring cutter. And through the rotary excavating assembly, the distance between the flaring cutter and the axis of the cutter head can be conveniently adjusted, loess tunnels of different sizes can be excavated, and the applicability of the novel excavating device for the loess tunnel is improved.
本发明涉及黄土隧道开挖技术的领域,尤其涉及一种黄土隧道新型开挖装置,包括履带车车体、拱形架、旋挖机构以及出土机构,旋挖机构包括刀盘、驱动组件以及多组扩口组件,刀盘与拱形架转动连接,多组扩口组件沿刀盘的周向方向均匀分布;扩口组件包括扩口刀、抵推块、安装座以及至少一个伸缩件,刀盘上开设有开口槽,开口槽沿刀盘的径向方向设置,安装座与刀盘的内侧壁固定连接,伸缩件一端与安装座固定连接,另一端与抵推块连接,且伸缩件用于驱动抵推块沿开口槽滑移,抵推块伸出刀盘一端与扩口刀固定连接;通过旋挖组件便于对扩口刀与刀盘轴线之间的距离进行调节,实现对不同尺寸的黄土隧道进行开挖,提高黄土隧道新型开挖装置的适用性。
