The invention provides a construction method of an epoxy asphalt thermo-oxidative aging molecular model. The construction method comprises the following steps: (1) constructing an epoxy asphalt non-aging molecular model and performing relaxation on the model; (2) constructing a mixed model of oxygen atoms and unaged epoxy asphalt; (3) compiling a Perl language script, and realizing spontaneous reaction of the oxygen atoms and the epoxy asphalt mixed model through the Perl language script; and (4) stopping the program after the target number of oxygen atoms is reached, and outputting the epoxy asphalt thermo-oxidative aging molecular model. According to the method, the thermo-oxidative aging process of the epoxy asphalt is achieved through the script, the number of oxygen atoms increased in the thermo-oxidative aging process is determined according to the content change of the oxygen element, the modeling thought is consistent with the actual thermo-oxidative aging mechanism, and the epoxy asphalt thermo-oxidative aging molecular model is obtained.
